The Philly Hair & Makeup Co. offers a full-service hair salon in Phoenix, AZ, located in the Ahwatukee neighborhood, providing expert cuts, color, styling, makeup, and men’s grooming services.

We also have a glam studio in Fishtown, Philadelphia, where we specialize in bridal trials and event hair and makeup, delivering a luxury beauty experience for every client.

Abby Leoncini is the sister of owner Ashley and the lead hair and makeup artist on our wedding team. She manages our Philadelphia studio and in addition to on location weddings she does in studio glam appointments for all special occasions.

Stylist & makeup artist

Ashley is the owner of The Philly Hair & Makeup Co. She travels back and forth between Philadelphia and Arizona. In our AZ salon Ashley offers cuts, color, blowdrys and special occasion glam as well as trial appointments. She has been a cosmetologist for 17 years and the owner of Philly Hair & Makeup for 12 years.

Jesse Munoz

Barber - ArIZONA

Jesse has been a barber for the past fifteen years. He started working at Philly Hair in July of 2024. He specializes in modern fades, clean cuts and fresh styles. His attention to detail and precision work make him a step above your average barber. He is easy going and focused on giving all his clients the best experience in his chair. Kayla Zeno

Hair Stylist - Arizona

Kayla is from the same home town as owner Ashley and trained under the same mentor in Scranton Pennsylvania. She recently moved across country to Arizona so Philly Hair was the perfect fit. She has been doing hair for 4 years and specializes in blonding, color and cutting services as well as bridal. She is certified in Bellami extensions and does I tip, tape ins and hand tied.
