The Philly Hair & Makeup Co. is a full service salon as well as an on location bridal company. We bring the salon like atmosphere to your choice location. There are ten members of our team who are trained in wedding day styling. Abby, Jaclynn, Shaelyn, Lan and Jess are the company’s lead hair & makeup artists . Marc, Arianna, Kat, Jessica, Valerie, Jillian and Debra are all stylists and artists on our traveling wedding team. We are professional, licensed, timely and dependable. We service brides of all backgrounds and styles. It is our mission to make every bride feel like the absolute most beautiful version of themselves on their big day!

Abby Leoncini
Hair & Makeup Artist
Abby Leoncini is the sister of owner Ashley and our lead wedding hair & makeup specialist. Abby has been on our team for 8 years. She has taken classes with Lauren D’Amileo, Etienne Ortego and JLglam. She loves creating timeless glam waves and has full range of natural to extra glam makeup application style. She also excels at braids updos and half ups as well. Her bubbly personality helps brides and clients feel at ease during their appointments and she can tailor any look to compliment her client’s features. As an added bonus she loves creating content for our brides with reels tiktoks and behind the scenes videos. — In addition to her roll as lead artists Abby also serves as the Salon Manager. She recently has taken on the Philadelphia managing role as Ashley has expanded the company to Arizona.
Shaelyn Shire
Hair & Makeup Artist
Shae is a graduate of Rizzieri Aveda School and also trained at The Arrojo Soho Academy. Before joining our company Shaelyn worked at B+B Studio in Princeton NJ. She is now The Philly Hair & Makeup Co.’s lead hairstylist and makeup artist. She has been doing weddings with our company for 8 years. She has taken classes with Nick Arrojo and Lauren D’Amileo. She excels at textured updos, glam waves and natural glam makeup looks. Shae is punctual, efficient, sweet and makes the wedding day go smoothly and always makes sure her brides feel and look beautiful on their big day.
Jaclynn Brown
Hair & Makeup Artist
Jaclyn has been with the company for 10 years and is a lead stylist on our team. She provides hair and makeup services for on location weddings. Her soft beach updos as well as big voluminous hairstyles are her signature as well as creating timeless natural makeup looks. Jaclynns is laid back and works fast and with precision which is perfect for wedding day atmosphere.
Jessica Milborne
Makeup Artist
Jessica Milborne has been a member of the Philly Hair & Makeup Team for 3 years and a makeup artist for the past 8 years. Her versatile makeup style allows her to range from super natural to full glam looks working with the clients wishes and features to create stunning timeless looks. Jessica’s fast, precise and easy going energy lends perfectly to the hectic wedding days keeping her brides looking and feeling great all day! Jessica has now been promoted to a lead team member makeup artist.
Marc Bohlert
Makeup Artist
Marc is a makeup artist lead on Philly Hair & Makeup Team and has been with the company for 4 years. He has worked with Mac Cosmetics, Becca Cosmetics and is the celebrity makeup artist for Vivica Fox. He creates natural and glam looks and his sweet personality and cool vibes lend the perfect atmosphere for a chill and fun wedding day.
Arianna Bartolini
Makeup Artist
Arianna is a self taught makeup aritst who has been in the filed for the last 7 years. She began her career working for Mac Cosmetics in Hamilton NJ and getting trained through their makeup artist program. She was with the company for 3 years and received classes from their top global artists. This lead her into the bridal makeup and photo shoot fields. She has taken classes with Makeup By Brielle and other online certifications. Arianna is a great new addition to the Philly Hair & Makeup Co Team and makes all of our bridesmaids feel glamorous and beautiful.
Jillian Zimmer
hair & Makeup Artist
Jillian is the newest member of the Philly Hair & Makeup Co. Team. She attended Rizzieri Cosmetology School in New Jersey and completed a year apprenticeship with our salon & training program. She learned and mastered our glam techniques and has a natural ability to replicate what the client is looking for. She is prompt, reliable and sweet which makes her the perfect addition to any brides wedding day.
Kat Reboh
hair & Makeup Artist
Kat is a local native to Philadelphia and has been doing hair and makeup for over 15 years. She trained at Makeup Forvever academy studying all aspects of bridal makeup and has been on numerous wedding teams throughout Philadlephia. In addition to her formal hair and makeup training she also has a masters degree in social work which helps her connect with her clients. She has been a new member of Philly Hair and Makeup over the last year and will be joining as a Lead Artist for brides in 2023.
Valerie Pustovit
Hairstylist
Valerie has been a working hairstylists for over 15 years. Originally from Ukraine Valerie has worked in brides all over Europe and now in the USA. She trained at the Vidal Sasoon Academy in 2018 and recently moved to the East Coast last year. Valerie excels in classic wedding styles like romantic updos and all types of curling. She is sweet and professional and her passion for bridal hair is evident the minute you meet her. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Philly Hair & Makeup Co. team and know she will be such a great additon for all of our clients.
Jessica Montalvo
Makeup Artist
Jessica is one of the newest members of our team. She worked with owner Ashley in Arizona on weddings for a year before moving to the Philadelphia Area in late 2022 and joined our east coast team. Jessica comes with 13 years of experience. She has worked in reatils roles for Tom Ford and MAC beauty where she was certified artist. She spent 4 years in leadership roles with a Nordstrom Top 10 store. In bridal she excels at natural glam and making the client feel like the best version of themselves. Her sweet personality, reliability and skill level makes her a wonderful addition to our team!
Lan Le
Hairstylist & Makeup Artist
Lan is a graduate of Empire Beauty School and has been in the industry for 20 years. With her experience she boasts a vast skill set in both hair and makeup. She excels in our signature glam wave style and can do a variety of makeup looks. She is immersed in the Asian community and has an expertise in those makeup styles as well. Lan is friendly, timely and efficiant which is why she is the perfect asset to our team and believes in our mission to make every bride feeling happy, confident and calm on their big day.
Debra Alethia
Makeup Artist
Debra is a great addition to our team. She has extensive experience in all aspects of makeup. She has trained with MAC and other makeup brands. She has a glam style with flawless skin applications. Debra has been on our team for the past year and our clients have been in love with her work!
